Connie Cao, MST

Connie earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1988 in Shanghai, China and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley University in 2005. She has over 25 years’ experience in the Finance industry, including over 13 years in Investment Portfolio Taxation.

She joined Turner & Costa, PC in 2021 with an emphasis on personal income taxation. Connie enjoys adding value to the firm by identifying ways to reduce tax liability for clients, mentoring young professionals, and contributing to firm’s closeknit culture.

In her free time, she loves training for marathons with her son and adding stamps to her passport.
