Operations Manager / Client Liaison
Jaclyn joined Turner & Costa, P.C. in January 2025 as the firm’s Operations Manager and Client Liaison. Prior to joining the team, she spent eight years working in education and two years in the mental health field. Her desire to transition into the business world, where she could apply her strengths in organization, communication, and relationship-building, made for a natural shift into her current role.
Jaclyn holds a Master’s Degree in Special Education from Fitchburg State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She is also a licensed educator.
At Turner & Costa, Jaclyn plays a pivotal role in the firm’s day-to-day operations. She works closely with senior leadership on a wide range of projects and priorities, helping to drive operational efficiency and support firmwide initiatives. Jaclyn also serves as the first point of contact for new clients, managing onboarding, engagement letters, and communication between clients and the CPA team.
Her strong attention to detail and dedication to client satisfaction are at the heart of everything she does.
Jaclyn is a proud resident of Westford and enjoys spending her free time with her two tuxedo cats, Tux and Chanel.
